Obama quotes DDLJ's famous dialogue "Senorita" in his speech


US president is currently on a visit to India as he has been invited to India as the chief guest for the Republic Day function.In his farewell speech at the Siri Fort Auditorium he surprised everyone by quoting the famous dialogue from Shahrukh Khan and Kajol Starrer Dil Wale Dulhania Le Jayenge .

He said  “Last celebration here we celebrated festival of lights in Mumbai. We danced with some children. Unfortunately, we were not able to schedule any dancing in this visit. Senorita, bade bade desho mein… you know what I mean,” Obama said with a smile.

Thereafter this topic has been trending on twitter with keywords like DDLJ and Barack Obama Respects SRK. People enjoyed his speech and specifically his bollywood reference.

India's Prime Minister also quoted his words from US president's  speech while wishing him a safe journey on twitter mentioning the DDLJ dialogue he quoted in his speech.


Obama in his speech also mentioned India's Sport Icons Milkha Singh and MaryKom and bollywood star Shahrukh Khan about how courage, dedication , values and hard work unified two nations.
